Approved/ Qualified Social Worker
Based in Essex, very close to London. Pay Rate £17-25 per hour. GSCC And NVQ beneficial
We have an exciting ongoing position for an Approved Social Worker to join the Children’s Disabilities Team based in Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- To monitor, review and evaluate services in order to ensure that they are provided effectively and in accordance with need.
- To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Where appropriate to act as an AMHP and participate in the local duty Rota. - Provide an assessment and social work service to individuals, their carers and other agencies; delivering and maintaining care packages as appropriate.
- Through the assessment to process, identify and prioritise need.
- Initiate, coordinate, monitor and review care plans for and with individual service users and their carers, in conjunction with professional colleagues and representatives of voluntary and private agencies.
- Respond to and where possible, resolve complaints within the organisation's Complaints Procedure.
Pay rate is between £17 and £25 per hour plus Travel.
GSCC Registration is essential NVQ also beneficial.
