JOB DESCRIPTION:
Urban Recruitment is currently seeking a full time locum band 6 Occupational Therapist for a part time Hand Therapist position in West London.
This position will be working within assessment, treatment and management of patients on the Hand Therapy unit following up in the community, assessing occupational performance and skill deficits to reduce disability and enhance participation.
Equipment assessment, recommendation and provision.
External liaison with companies, social services and other agencies.
Supervision of assistants.
Services and staff development.
The general responsibility is clinical assessments and treatment of patients within the Hand Therapy unit on a part time locum basis so experience in this are is essential.
