JOB DESCRIPTION:
MedicsPro Limited, part of the Urban Recruitment Group is currently seeking a Band 6 locum Speech & Language Therapist.
This post is to start ASAP and at this stage will run for a period of 8 weeks with a view to extend thereafter.
You must have a minimum of 2-3 years previous post graduate experience and ideally have been working in the UK for 6 months.
It is important that applicants are fully dysphagia trained and able to work as part of a multi disciplined team and have worked with stroke patients as well as those with some progressive neuro conditions.

This position will be to work in the community working with stroke, Parkinson’s and MND patients. You must be fully dysphagia trained too.

As this role is community based, you must a valid driver’s licence and ideally have access to a car, however, car hire assistance can be provided along with a very competitive rate of pay.
