MedicsPro, part of the Urban Group is actively seeking an experienced Band 6 or Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join one of London’s leading PCTs.

The post will be working with an adult caseload and you will be responsible for patients’ rehabilitation from various neurological conditions, but predominantly, stroke. There is a strong emphasis on dysphagia and you must be highly skilled to work independently within this area. 

The role is an urgent one and our client needs an individual to start ASAP. It is important for our client that all applicants interested in the role only apply if they are willing to commit to a minimum of 3 months in this job as continuity of care is essential.

Your work will be carried out across clinics within the trust and you may also be required to do some home visits, therefore it would be advantageous for locums to have access to a vehicle (MedicsPro can assist with car hire if necessary) however, public transport is an option too.

Full UK registration (HPC) is required along with permissions to practice in the UK.
